• Pets are not permitted in any common areas at any time.
• The property is surrounded by BUSH LAND and near a national park with snakes and other wildlife present.
• Guests are fully responsible for their pet at all times including any incidents involving wildlife or other guests.
• Additional cleaning fee applies for all pet stays.
• Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly
• Excessive noise or disturbance may result in cancellation of stay without refund.
Room Cancellation Policy
• Up to 14 days before check‑in: Free cancellation.
• From 13 to 7 days before check‑in: 50% penalty applies.
• Within 6 days before check‑in (and no‑show): No refund (100% penalty).

• Free date change (subject to availability and price changes)
