One of only 23 built between 1882 and 1886, and the only one now in private ownership this restored carriage has:

Double size bed in carpeted bedroom (11 sqm)

Small kitchen with hotplates for cooking, microwave oven, refrigerator ,storage space and tea/coffee making facilities. (6 sqm)

Outside Deck area overlooking the Orchard with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Private ensuite. (Note-Due to historic nature of this carriage the door heights are 1.75 metres high).

Church with Loft Bedroom

For those who would like something really special. Relax in this beautifully restored 125 year old timber country Queensland church. Original timber floors and walls are part of a bygone era.

Unwind in comfortable sofas; be warmed by the glow of a wood burning stove heater. Read a book from the extensive library and enjoy the ambience of this unique historic church.

The Church Loft bedroom has a queen size bed with a spectacular window view of Mt. Tibrogargan.

Downstairs provides you with over 72 square metres of generous living spaces including library, games table, and a lounge area.

The mini kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave oven, sink, and tea/coffee making facilities. Your private bathroom consists of Shower, toilet and vanity.

The Bungalow – Be Surprised

A delightfully cool luxurious, self contained bungalow suitable for couples. Opening onto a garden area and outside sitting area, the 2 room bungalow has timbers shutters for privacy with lots of individual charm.

Enter the bedroom through a set of antique Balinese doors and relax on the queen size bed or curl up with a book in the antique Indian dowry chest now converted into a comfy seat. The stylish bathroom is conveniently located between the bedroom and lounge area.

The huge kitchen / Living space area is a home away from home. The fully self contained kitchen includes a large refrigerator, microwave, gas cooktop and electric oven and everything else to make your stay a truly memorable time.

Mt Tibro Family Suite

Suitable for a family of 4 or 2 couples travelling together. Contains 2 separate bedrooms that have separate entrances to the bathroom – Shower, Bathtub, Toilet & Vanity

• Queen Room contains a queen size bed, polished floors, cupboard space and a sofa.
• Second Room contains two single beds (one in the loft above) and its own separate entrance

Reverse air conditioning in both rooms – Keeps your cool in Summer and warm in Winter.

A fold out bed is available for a small child at extra cost. This suite has a large covered area with deck furniture to sit, relax and enjoy the bush setting.

Lovingly restored with over 1200 hours of work, this 60 year old Queensland train carriage provides the ambience of a bygone era. Located in our orchard towards the rear of the property this carriage provides

• A double bed in a separate bedroom (8 sqm) with timber floors. Attached ensuite bathroom– Shower, Toilet & Vanity
• Your separate kitchen/living space (14 sqm) includes a comfortable sofa, and a fully equipped dine-in kitchen with hotplates for cooking, microwave oven, refrigerator, sink and tea/coffee making facilities.
